FAQ

Here you will find the answers to the most common questions regarding your visit to Sommarland camping. If you have a question that you cannot find an answer to here, it is of course fine to contact us directly.

How far is it between the park and the campsite?

Answer: The campsite is within walking distance and has its own entrance to Skara Sommarland. The distance may vary depending on where in the campsite you live, but it is approximately 100-1000 meters.

Is there a grocery store at the campsite?

Answer: Yes, at the campsite there is our cozy country store. Here you will find snacks, ice cream, chips, drinks and various necessities. We have freshly baked bread every day from 07 and you can also have a real gofika in our nice café.

Are dogs allowed on the campsite?

Answer: It is allowed to bring dogs to the campsite. Dogs must be on a leash when moving around the area. It is ok to have a dog in most of our cabins, but please inform us that you have your dog with you when you book. We also have a dog shower at Servicehus 3. Please note that pets are not allowed inside the park.

    Is it a quiet campsite?

Answer: Skara Sommarlands camping is a family camping and we have an age limit of 20 years to stay with us. For us, it is important that both children and adults have an opportunity to rest after a hectic day in the park, therefore we ask all guests to keep the sound volume down after 11:00 p.m.

What kind of equipment is there in the service houses?

Answer: There are 5 service houses in the camping area. They are equipped with everything you could possibly need for a good stay with us. See our Comparison of service houses for exact information about the service houses.
