No, if you use a wheelchair, you don't need a certificate to receive ride assistance, as it is clear to our staff that you are unable to use the other queues. However, if you wish to bring a companion, you will need the certificate.

If you have another disability and need an accessibility wristband and/or companion assistance, you must always bring a certificate (or have it registered on Mina sidor from a previous visit).

If you use a wheelchair, you are also welcome to remain on the ride for up to two additional rides after your first, as getting on and off can be a bit challenging.

Your companion must be at least 16 years old and able to provide valid ID. The companion is responsible for supporting you throughout your visit.

Yes, with a valid certificate your companion gets in for free. You as a guest pay the regular price. If you purchase a ride pass or other ride product, your companion can join you on the rides.

One to two companions, depending on what is stated in your certificate. If you need additional companions, they pay the regular price.

It depends on whether you use a wheelchair or not:

• Wheelchair: You may bring two people with you, as you may need assistance getting in and out of the ride.
• Other disabilities: You may bring one person with you, either a carer or someone else in your group. If you have two carers, both may accompany you.

We do not save your certificate or store any information from it without your consent.

If you choose to register your needs on Mina sidor, your name, date of birth, and information about whether you require ride assistance and/or a companion will be saved. Registration is entirely voluntary. If you are a minor, the consent of a guardian is required.
